The second edition of Isla Vista: A Citizen’s History (2008) has been published and is now available for purchase.

In addition to its principal author, long-time Isla Vista activist Carmen Lodise, the book includes eight other contributors, plus a new forward by County Supervisor Das Williams, who grew up in Isla Vista.

The manuscript has added 100 pages to the first edition and features more than 200 photos, charts and graphics, many available only in the book.
