The annual holiday parade in Old Town Goleta will return this year at 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, the Greater Goleta Santa Barbara Lions Club has announced.

The 2024 Old Town Goleta Holiday Parade, presented by Fuel Depot and Elks Lodge, is a tradition that unites the community in the spirit of the holidays.

Among the parade’s highlights will be floats, musical performances, and dance groups.

Because the parade is a collaborative effort, volunteers, sponsors, and participants are being sought for the event. Local businesses, schools, sports teams, community organizations, and residents are invited to get involved.

A variety of sponsorship levels are available, including:
North Pole Diamond Sponsor ($3,000)
Reindeer Platinum Sponsor ($1,500)
Candy Cane Gold Sponsor ($1,000)
Silver Bells Sponsor ($500)
Snowman Bronze Sponsor ($250)
Elf Copper Sponsor ($100)

For those wishing to participate, the fee is $45 for general entries, $30 for schools and nonprofit organizations. The deadline for entry is Nov. 22.
