A fire damaged an outbuilding at an Orcutt residence early Sunday, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.

Firefighters responded at about 6:40 a.m. to the incident on the 800 block of Millstone Avenue, a few blocks west of South Bradly Road, between East Foster Road and Union Valley Parkway.

Fire Engineer Michael Gray said crews had the fire knocked down within 25 minutes.

Flames caused moderate damage to the structure, and minor damage to a nearby fence, but did not extend to any other structures, Gray said.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the blaze was under investigation.
