As the year comes to a close, Peoples’ Self-Help Housing’s (PSHH) extends gratitude to the community partners who came together to celebrate its 50th anniversary. PSHH also is making an appeal for donations to mark the golden milestone.

PSHH has launched its 2020 appeal to provide a year-end opportunity to donate to the services and programming that support the more than 5,000 residents who call a PSHH house, home.

“We want to thank our supporters for their vision and generosity over the past 50 years,” said Ken Trigueiro, CEO/president. “Our community and partners have made this first half century of our history possible, and we look forward to their continued partnership over the next 50.”

Though the global pandemic made the original plans to mark its 50th anniversary substantially different, PSHH was still able to observe the milestone with creative, virtual solutions. Some highlights included an all-staff, online day of celebration; the community campaign Building Together; and the publication of two commemorative books.
