Peoples’ Self-Help Housing (PSHH) has welcomed families home to Guadalupe Court. Providing an inside look of the new property, a recently premiered video shares images of the apartments, community areas and landscaping.

“We are so proud to bring more quality, affordable housing to the city of Guadalupe,” said John Fowler, president/CEO of PSHH. “Guadalupe Court is one-of-a-kind, and is the perfect place for farmworker families to call home.”

Guadalupe Court provides much-needed affordable, supportive housing for those working in agriculture. Comprised of 38 new rental units (one- two- and three-bedroom), amenities include a spacious outdoor courtyard, onsite laundry facilities, a barbecue area, playground, and community center.

Innovative as the first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum building in the city, it also provides supportive services for residents which include educational programming, and compassionate property management.

Units are still available for farmworkers (current or retired). Applications can be requested by email at gc@pshhc.org, online at pshhc.org/new-housing, or at 805-249-2040.
