PEP Children’s Halloween Parade a Real Treat

From little goblins to big goblins, hundreds of families marched in costume along State Street on Sunday, Oct. 28, in this year’s eighth annual Postpartum Education for Parents (PEP) Children’s Halloween Parade.

PEP volunteers helped organize more than 50 groups of marchers.
