Long-running Las Vegas act Popovich Comedy Pet Theater will take center stage at the Marjorie Luke Theatre, 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 19, for an evening of furry fun.
Highlights of the show, which “combines world-class circus artistry, laugh-out-loud comedy, and a heartwarming message about the power of pet adoption,” according to organizers, are:
Rescued stars onstage – Cats, dogs, parrots, a miniature horse, and even a mini pig — all once abandoned, are now performers.
Cirque meets vaudeville – Gregory Popovich, a fifth-generation circus artist, blends clowning, juggling and acrobatics with pets as his co-stars.
Memorable moments – Tightrope-walking cats, soccer-playing dogs, pet fire marshals, acrobatics, and clowning.
