The power went out Monday morning for 4,350 Southern California Edison (SCE) customers in western Goleta.

The outage began around 9:25 a.m., according to SCE.

As of 10:20 a.m., the cause was unknown, according to spokesperson David Eisenhauer, who said crews were “patrolling to find the cause.”

Power should return to most customers around 12:20 p.m., according to the SCE website.
