Power was partially restored to Southern California Edison customers in the eastern Goleta Valley and the unincorporated area of Santa Barbara County affected by a Thursday morning power outage.
Roughly 4,600 customers were without power when an outage hit the area just before 7 a.m., according to Southern California Edison spokesperson David Eisenhauer.
As of Thursday at 10:30 a.m., power had been restored to all but 600 customers, per Eisenhauer.
Those 600 without power include those in the area of San Marcos, Via Chaparral and Cathedral Oaks roads, as well as Bishop Court.
The cause of the outrage was not identified.
According to the SCE outage map, power is expected to return around 3 p.m.
