The Twitchell Management Authority (TMA) will hold a public hearing, 10 a.m. Thursday, June 4 in the Santa Maria Board of Supervisors’ Hearing Room, 511 E. Lakeside Pkwy., Santa Maria.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the 2025 Annual Report of Hydrogeologic Conditions, Water Requirements, Supplies and Disposition for the Santa Maria Valley Management Area.

The annual report was prepared by Luhdorff and Scalmanini, the Management Area
Engineer, according to the terms of the June 30, 2005, Stipulation for Santa Maria Valley
Water Conservation District v. City of Santa Maria, et al.

A representative from Luhdorff and Scalmanini will make a presentation on the annual report, copies of which will be made available at the public hearing.

Within 10 days of the public hearing, written comments should be addressed to the
attention of the TMA, 2065 E. Main St., Santa Maria, CA 93454. Within 45 days
of the hearing, the TMA will file the annual report with the court.
