Now free from the pain, struggles and uncertainties of this life, our brother Rafael Clemente Garibay III has been called home.

Awaiting him, the loving embrace of those who have departed before him.

A proud veteran of the USAF, Rafael will be laid to rest near his parents Rafael Sr. and Guadalupe; and brothers John and Ernest. At his side, his loving wife Marlene (Henline).

He is survived by his sisters Rebecca Wilson, Patricia Bickle (Richard) and Julia Garibay (Douglas); and nieces, nephews and cousins of the Dommeyer, Morales and Ortegon families.

Rest in peace, big brother.

There will be an Honor Guard ceremony and burial at noon Sunday, May 3 at Carpinteria Cemetery, 1501 Cravens Lane.
