San Marcos girls volleyball competed in the San Luis Obispo Tournament over the weekend in San Luis Obispo.
The Royals went 0-3 in pool play with losses to Frontier, Clovis East and Nipomo before moving on to the bracket play portion of the tournament.
San Marcos lost its matchup with Bakersfield Christian to shift into the consolation bracket, where the Royals took down Righetti before falling to Nipomo.
The Royals will host rival Santa Barbara High on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. inside the Thunderhut.
