San Marcos girls water polo continued its undefeated start to the season with a 13-5 win over Rio Mesa on Thursday in Oxnard.
It was a balanced attack for the Royals, who had eight different players find the back of the net.
Charlotte Raisin and Natalie Klan led the charge, scoring three goals apiece in the victory. Jose Drabik scored twice, while Scarlett Akin scored one goal and dished out three assists.
Defensively, Anna Jacobson collected five blocks in the cage for San Marcos.
The Royals (3-0) will take on Newport Harbor on Friday, Dec. 5 at Dos Pueblos’ Elings Aquatic Center.
