The San Marcos boys finished their regular season with a sweep over Thousand Oaks, 25-13, 25-21, 25-15.
Luke Walker had 15 kills on 19 sets and one error, hitting .737. Outside hitter Jack Wilson followed with 15 kills on 20 attempts and three errors for .600.
“Last year, Thousand Oaks made it to the semifinals in Division 2, and we wanted a good match prep for the playoffs, so we scheduled a home match,” San Marcos head coach Roger Kuntz said.
The Royals finished with a 27-7 regular season, and will learn their CIF-SS D2 seeding Saturday morning. They are ranked 13th in Division 1/2.
“We really had fun tonight and kept our undefeated streak in the Thunderhut intact,” Kuntz said.
