Also coming away with a victory for San Marcos was Max Ortega, who also won by way of a pin.
Max Silva, a first-year wrestler, pulled out his first win of the season in dominant fashion with a first-round pin.
Rounding out the Royals victors was Angel Estrada, who buckled down and pulled out a third-period pin to pull the team closer to Pacifica.
