San Marcos scored 11 runs on 11 hits, five walks and nine stolen bases to handle Cabrillo 11-2 Tuesday in a Channel League game.

Joaquin Sandoval had two doubles, a walk and scored two runs for the Royals, and Aidan Mandel had two hits and three RBI.

Caden Hodina and Brendon Cekada both had two hits as well. Steven Bradley scored three runs with a double and two walks. Keegan Stewart blasted a ball in the gap scoring Aidan Mandel from first to give San Marcos  a commanding lead in the sixth inning.

On the mound, the Royals struck out 12 in seven innings and didn’t give up any earned runs.

Nicky Fell pitched three innings with three strikeouts, Darren Orlando pitched two innings with three strikeouts, and Caden Hodina struck out the side twice.

The same teams play Friday, with San Marcos hosting, at 3:30 p.m
