Channel League-champion Santa Barbara High received a No. 4 seed in the CIF-SS Division 2 boys volleyball playoffs.
The Dons (23-4) will open with a first-round home match against Long Beach Poly (16-11, Moore League No. 3) on Thursday at 6 p.m.
Long Beach Wilson, Servite and Tesoro are the top three seeds in the division
San Marcos also received a home first-round match in D2. The Royals (27-7, Channel No. 2) will play La Cañada (13-19, Rio Hondo No. 3) on Thursday at 6 p.m.
Dos Pueblos (20-7, Channel No. 3) will open D2 play on the road at Westlake (17-8, Marmonte No. 2).
Laguna Blanca, which went 10-0 in the Tri-Valley League and 18-3 overall, got a tough draw in the Division 3 playoffs. The Owls, semifinalists last year, open on the road at Marmonte League champion Newbury Park (21-12) on Thursday.
Bishop Diego is in the Division 4 playoffs. The Cardinals (19-11, TVL No. 2) kick off their postseason at Anaheim (Orange No. 1, 14-9).
The second round is on Saturday, April 29, the quarterfinals on May 3, the semifinals on May 6 and the championships on May 13.
