The Santa Barbara Culinary Experience (SBCE) food, wine and hospitality celebration returns May 11-17, bringing together Santa Barbara County chefs, farmers, vintners and artisans to showcase the food and wine culture of the American Riviera. Tickets go on sale March 16.
In partnership with the Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts, SBCE honors Julia’s legacy by fostering community, education and joyful culinary exploration.
“The Santa Barbara Culinary Experience is one of the region’s most comprehensive culinary events, bringing together food, wine and local makers that make the Santa Barbara community so unique. We hope locals and visitors get to partake in many events across our week-long county-wide celebration,” said Tamara Berndt, SBCE director.
From dinners and tastings to farm experiences and kids cooking classes, attendees can enjoy a variety of events held across Santa Barbara County.
“These exclusive, engaging events are designed for all palettes and interests, while encouraging locals and out-of-towners alike to explore, learn and savor the best of Santa Barbara’s culinary and hospitality community,” organizers said.
