The Santa Barbara girls tied for fourth place in the CIF-SS Division 3 swim finals, just six points out of second place.
High finishers included:
Nalani Yim placed 5th in the 50 freestyle and 7th in the 100 freestyle. Abby Webber placed 10th in the 200 free and 10th in the 500 free. Sofia Stevens placed 10th in the 50 free and 11th in the 100 backstroke.
Those three swimmers, with Ella Maclear, also swam to a 3rd place finish in the 200 freestyle relay and 4th place finish in the 400 freestyle relay.
“Nalani Yim was ill for the meet and the other girls finished with their best times of the season,” Santa Barbara coach Mark Walsh said.
