Santa Barbara High girls beach volleyball wrapped up the regular season with a 5-0 loss to Oaks Christian on Wednesday.
The Dons’ No. 5 duo of Gabby Cajuste and Delilah Ficker was the lone team to send their matchup into a third set, falling 14-21, 21-15, 13-15.
“They used a strong serving run to almost come back from being down 8-14 in the third,” Santa Barbara High head coach Kristin Hempy said.
The Dons’ top four pairings will compete in the Channel League Individual Pairs Tournament on Thursday, beginning at 9 a.m. at East Beach.
