Santa Barbara High boys water polo finished the Arroyo Grande Tournament with a record of 1-3 over the weekend.

After opening up the tournament with a win over Kingsburg, the Dons fell to Rocklin, Clovis and Santa Ynez to close out the weekend.

Shane Davis led the Santa Barbara defense, matching up with the opponents’ best players. He was not scored on throughout the tournament and led the team in steals. In the net, Nikita Kolosov blocked 38 shots and stole the ball 18 times.

On the offensive side, Lolo Russell scored 14 times in the team’s four games to lead the way. Meanwhile, freshman Jack Fullback scored twice in his first varsity action and West Graham tallied a pair of goals against Clovis.

The Dons will travel to Carpinteria High to take on the Warriors on Thursday at 3:45 p.m.
