Santa Barbara’s Eric Anthony went the distance, allowing four hits, one run and striking out seven to win a pitchers’ duel against Pacifica in a 2-1 season-ending Channel League game.

The game was tied at 1 in the bottom of the sixth inning when the Dons’ Grady Wilson doubled on the first pitch, driving in Tanner Trider with the eventual winning run.

Alex Villicana was on the mound for Pacifica, going six innings, allowing five hits and two runs. The Tritons didn’t commit any errors in the game.

Dane Dawson went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Santa Barbara in hits.

Pacifica didn’t commit a single error in the field. Villicana had the most chances in the field with four.

Santa Barbara finishes 8-6 in Channel League play and 13-13 overall.
