The city of Santa Maria’s Community Programs Division, in partnership with the Legal Aid Foundation of Santa Barbara County, will host a free virtual Landlord-Tenant Q&A Workshop, noon-1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16.

The workshop will provide community members an opportunity to learn about a variety of landlord-tenant and fair housing topics, including tenant and landlord rights, housing violations, protected classes, and housing discrimination.

The Legal Aid Foundation of Santa Barbara County is a nonprofit civil law firm that provides services to low-income and other vulnerable residents to help ensure equal access to justice.

The workshop will be presented in English with Spanish interpretation available. The event is part of the Santa Maria’s ongoing Fair Housing outreach efforts.
