The Santa Maria Philharmonic Orchestra invites community members to a free afternoon of Baroque Bliss, 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15 in Shepard Hall at the Santa Maria Public Library.

The special engagement will feature Hilary Clark, cello; Suzan Azaret Davies, piano; Gregory Gorrindo, tenor; Jessica Hoffman, oboe; and Grace Seng, violin.

They will play selections from the dramatic and extravagant Baroque period; specifically, pieces from Bach, Handel, Corelli and Albinoni.
