A suspect wanted in connection with a stabbing this month is being sought by the Santa Maria Police Department.
At 2:15 a.m. last Saturday, police officers were dispatched to the 200 block of East Tunnell Street, where they found a victim had sustained several stab wounds.
During the investigation, police identified Eddie Ray Dominguez, 35, as the suspect.
On Friday, members of the agency’s Detective Bureau asked for assistance in locating Dominguez, who is considered dangerous.
Police said members of the public should not attempt to apprehend the suspect.
