The Santa Ynez Valley Concert Series will present the final concert of the 2025-26 season.4 p.m. Sunday, April 26, featuring piano four-hand Duo Giacopuzzi, at St. Mark’s in the Valley Church.
Jacopo and Maddalena, brother and sister, will perform works by Dvoř.k, Borodin, Ravel, Saint-Saëns, Liszt, and Say.
“SYV Concerts is delighted to present the sparkling Duo Giacopuzzi in recital,” said artistic director Robert Cassidy. “These are piano virtuosi of the highest order who will no doubt knock the socks off the audience with their transcendent mastery of the instrument.
“While Jacopo is a local favorite, Maddalena is traveling all the way from Italy to perform for us. Grazie Mille.”
The Santa Ynez Valley Concert Series presents classical musicians in live performances designed to inspire, educate, and enrich the lives of people in the communities of Santa Ynez Valley, Los Alamos, Lompoc, Santa Maria, and Santa Barbara, organizers said.
Most performances are followed by a Q&A time between the artists and the audience led by Cassidy.
The concert series provides complimentary tickets to students of all ages.
Semi-annual Young Artist Showcases are presented by SYV Concerts to promote music education and give performance opportunities to young musicians.
The SYV Concert Series is fiscally sponsored by the Santa Barbara Foundation and continues partnering with St. Mark’s in the Valley Church as the home venue for the series.
