Santa Barbara celebrated its 231st birthday Sunday with ceremony, formality, educational exhibits and hands-on fun. The festivities were all part of the Santa Barbara Trust for Historic Preservation’s Founding Day, held on the grounds of El Presidio de Santa Bárbara State Historic Park
