The Mental Wellness Center has added Scott Lochridge to its board of directors. Lochridge is an executive and strategic advisor to multinational corporations, nonprofits, and early-stage companies.

He has four decades of experience working with CEOs and executive teams to create and scale effective organizations; develop strategies for growth; create new capabilities; pursue market opportunities; achieve sustainable operating and financial performance; and lead major change initiatives.

“I am very excited and honored to be working with the Mental Wellness Center,” Lochridge said. “Like many other people, I have experienced the challenges and struggles of mental illness with close friends and immediate family. I understand the suffering related to poor mental health endured by the people who are living with it, as well as the families and caregivers who provide support.

“I am so impressed with the profound positive impact the Mental Wellness Center has on so many individuals in our community. By providing such a broad range of critical services, housing, education and support, the Mental Wellness Center is serving as a beacon of hope to the many people striving to achieve better mental wellness.”

Lochridge currently serves as the vice president/strategy and business development for Deckers Brands. He has held senior leadership positions in a number of companies, consultancies, and marketing service companies including the Boston Consulting Group, Peppers & Rogers Group, Carlson Marketing Worldwide, DiaLogos, and the Cambridge Strategic Management Group.

Lochridge’s industry experience includes consumer goods, financials services, high technology, telecommunications, retail, professional services, energy, automotive, and financials services. He holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University.
