Scouting America Los Padres Council will honor Randall B. Fox and The Ann Jackson Family Foundation at the 2025 Salute to Scouting celebration Thursday, Oct. 16.
The annual event recognizes exceptional leaders and community partners whose service and philanthropy exemplify the values of Scouting.
Fox will receive the National Outstanding Eagle Scout Award, and the Ann Jackson Family Foundation will be given the Los Padres Council Legacy Award during the Salute to Scouting event at the Santa Barbara Club, 1105 Chapala St.
Fox is a Santa Barbara-based attorney and founding partner of Reetz, Fox & Bartlett LLP. He has some 30 years of experience in business law, real estate, estate planning, and litigation.
An Eagle Scout from Troop 261 in the Lake Erie Council, Fox has combined professional excellence with deep community service. His leadership extends across UCSB, Laguna Blanca School, the Rehabilitation Institute, local chambers of commerce, and numerous cultural institutions.
Fox and his wife Terry A. Bartlett live in Santa Barbara.
The Ann Jackson Family Foundation, established in 1978 through the generosity of Ann Gavit Jackson, reflects the Jackson family’s lifelong love for Santa Barbara.
The family’s legacy of philanthropy has supported health and human services, the arts, civic and community infrastructure, and education.
The foundation has been a strong supporter of Scouting America Los Padres Council and The Outdoor School at Rancho Alegre, ensuring that youth in Santa Barbara County have access to outdoor education and leadership development, according to Scouting America Los Padres Council.
