The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office will host two Faith & Blue events October that offer an opportunity for neighbors and deputies to gather, share meaningful conversations, and strengthen the bonds that make our communities safer and more connected.
Faith & Blue is a national initiative that works to bring law enforcement and local faith organizations together to build trust, break down barriers, and find common ground, the Sheriff’s Office said.
The South County event will be 9-11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 10 at Santa Barbara Community Church, 1002 Cieneguitas Road, Santa Barbara.
The North County event will be 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11 at Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 4725 S. Bradley Road, Orcutt.
Both events are free to attend. Coffee and light refreshments will be provided.
