In windy conditions, Santa Ynez girls golf put on the 23rd annual Pirate Invitational, a two-person best ball competition, at River Course at The Alisal on Monday.
For team standings, the Simi Valley A duo of Aiden Mcleneghan and Kiley Reisner shot a 67 to finish atop the field.
There was a card off to determine second place, where Arroyo Grande’s Gigi Gunasayan and Maya London defeated Lily Huynh and Sailor Graham of Oak Park. The Arroyo Grande duo scored a 32 on the back nine card-off while Huynh and Graham shot a 34.
The Garces Memorial B pairing of Drew Simmons and Kaylynn Killion ended in fourth place after a score of 72.
Reisner led the way for the individuals, shooting a 70. Gunasayan finished just behind Reisner with a 72 to finish in second place.
