Liftoff for the Falcon 9 rocket at Vandenberg Space Force Base will wait at least another day as the departure has been delayed until Monday.
After multiple delays for Sunday’s launch attempt, the mission with 23 Starlink satellites now will aim for liftoff at 6:09 p.m. Monday. The team had aimed for a Monday afternoon liftoff before revising the time.
SpaceX did not specify a reason for the delays Sunday afternoon and evening.
This will be the 23rd launch and landing for the first-stage booster being used for this mission.
The booster will land on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship positioned in the Pacific Ocean.
A live webcast of the mission is scheduled to begin about five minutes before liftoff at spacex.com/launches and on X @SpaceX.
