The Santa Maria Public Library will offer several one-on-one Tech Help sessions in January. Each appointment provides 25 minutes for instruction on topics such as setting up new devices, installing apps, privacy best practices, and enjoying library e-resources at home.

Tech Help is available by appointment only, by calling the library, 805-925-0994, ext. 8562. The program will not include assistance with hardware repairs, virus removal, financial transactions, or applications that require users to input sensitive information.

All sessions will be in the Learning Loft at the library, 421 S. McClelland St., at the following days and times:
• Sunday, Jan. 11, 3-4 p.m.
• Saturday, Jan. 17, 11 a.m.-noon.
• Sunday, Jan. 18, 1-3 p.m. (Spanish session)
• Sunday, Jan. 25, 3-4 p.m.
• Saturday, Jan. 31, 11 a.m.-noon.
