Q: What is the mission, goal, and/or theme of this occasion?

A: This documentary film is part of our ongoing Green Film Series.

From Los Angeles Times environmental reporter and Pulitzer Prize finalist Rosanna Xia, OUT OF PLAIN SIGHT investigates a little-known environmental disaster hidden beneath the waters off Southern California.
