A motorcyclist was critically injured in a three-vehicle crash on Saturday morning in Orcutt.
At approximately 10:15 a.m., personnel from multiple agencies were dispatched to a crash at the intersection of Orcutt Road and Shirley Lane, Karen Cruz-Orduña, a spokeswoman for the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, said.
The incident involved three vehicles — a utility truck, a sedan, and a motorcycle, Cruz-Orduña said.
The motorcyclist had major injuries and emergency crews administrated CPR before transporting the patient to Marian Regional Medical Center by American Medical Response ambulance, she sad.
No other injuries were reported.
Members of the Santa Barbara County Sherff’s Office, California Highway Patrol and Santa Maria Fire Department also responded to the incident.
Law enforcement officers were investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
