The UCSB Club Women’s Water Polo team has qualified for the 2025 Women’s National Collegiate Club Championship in Waterville, Maine, after a successful regular season campaign.

The student-run organization is looking for help from the public and has created a GoFundMe to help the student-athletes with travel expenses.

The fundraiser reads, “We are a student-run organization to provide women the opportunity to continue to learn and participate in water polo… However, the cost of vans, hotels, and tournament fees can become very expensive. Any donations would go directly towards hotel and travel expenses for the team.”

UCSB captured the CWPA Pacifica Coast Championship and currently boasts an impressive 10-1 record. Heading into Nationals, the Gauchos hold the No. 2 seed.
