UCSB Bridge, a just-launched app available on any mobile device, serves as a digital hub for many of UC Santa Barbara’s academic support resources. The app enables students to view assignments, check grades, access library resources and even find menus for UCSB dining commons.
“This app provides UCSB with a mobile platform that will help students find the resources they need for learning, a role that directly aligns with the university’s mission of teaching, research and public service,” said Shea Lovan, interim chief information officer at UCSB. “With its launch, we look forward to opening up possibilities for online student engagement.”
The app is completely customizable, allowing students to remove and rearrange tiles as needed. It will be updated regularly, with new features and tiles added each quarter.
