The city of Goleta is encouraging community members to watch the Old Town Sidewalks Celebration Video. The $3.2 million project was recently completed on time and under budget.

Typically the city would have done a ribbon-cutting celebration to mark the project’s completion, but due to the pandemic and restrictions on gatherings, a video was produced instead.
