Santa Barbara County firefighters rescued a woman who crashed a vehicle over the side of the road near Vandenberg Village on Saturday.
Capt. Scott Safechuck of the Santa Barbara County Fire Department said the female driver veered off the side off the road.
One lane of northbound Highway 1 was closed after the crash, which occurred just after 12:38 p.m.
Crews rescued the woman using an over-the-top rope system.
The woman was transported by AMR ambulance with minor to moderate injuries to Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria, Safechuck said.
Crews from the Lompoc Fire Department assisted on the incident.
