YouthWell is offering a virtual Wellness Workshop for students focused on the transformative power of volunteering, 5-6:30 p.m. Nov. 3.
Volunteering helps students manage stress, feel connected, and increase self-confidence, YouthWell said.
The webinar aims to inspire high school students to engage in meaningful community service that aligns with their passions and interests.
The workshop will feature a nonprofit panel consisting of some 20 organizations from Santa Barbara County.
Students will have a chance to find which areas are meaningful to them, such as animals, arts and culture, homelessness, environment and science, education, camps, the elderly.
Highlights of the webinar:
