As more evacuations are ordered amid changing conditions of the Jesusita Fire, the American Red Cross, Santa Barbara County Chapter emergency shelter at Dos Pueblos High is on high alert for more evacuees.
The shelter, at 7266 Alameda Ave., has been open since Tuesday. The Red Cross has other shelters on standby if the need arises.
