Ryan Westerhoff, a Santa Barbara High School graduating senior, won a 1988 Toyota Camry as the big winner at an after-prom car-raffling event held at Santa Barbara Toyota on Tuesday.
The PTA-sponsored event was designed to keep teens safe after the hours of prom.
Fifteen students from area high schools participated in a final raffle for cash prizes of $50 to $100, with the final prize being the red Camry.
