The city of Solvang and the Solvang Conference & Visitors Bureau invites the community to help welcome home Olympic gold medalist Todd Rogers.
Local officials, including Solvang Mayor Linda Jackson, will be part of the celebration at 5 p.m. Thursday at Solvang Park, at First Street and Mission Drive.
Meet and greet Rogers as he receives a special proclamation from the city. The free event is open to all ages.
