Santa Barbara police officers conducted a DUI/driver’s license checkpoint on Friday from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. at the 500 block of De La Vina Street and the 800 block of East Haley Street.

During the checkpoint, 315 vehicles were screened. The checkpoint resulted in five unlicensed driver citations, one warrant arrest and one citation to a passenger for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Seven vehicles were towed.
