Jenifer Napoli has joined American Riviera Bank as vice president, regional branch banking manager, where she will continue building teams and growing customer relationships. With 15 years of managerial experience in the region, Napoli’s expertise fits American Riviera Bank’s goals to deliver community banking to the areas it serves.

Originally from Nipomo, Napoli has lived in and been a part of the banking community in the Santa Barbara area since 2004. Previously, she was vice president/bank manager operated at MUFG Union Bank.
Before its acquisition by MUFG Union Bank, Napoli served in various managerial capacities at Santa Barbara Bank & Trust; her duties expanding from overseeing a single location to overseeing 18 branches from Paso Robles to Carpinteria.
