Answer: Los Padres Council, Boy Scouts of America will be offering Cub Scout Day Camp-Farming Adventures!

The mission of Los Padres Council is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Cub Scout Day Camp is truly the best week of a Cub Scout’s Summer. This year, Los Padres Council is offering 2 day camps in Santa Barbara County! ! Day Camp is a week-long day camp adventure where Cub Scouts and parents experience a bigger part of Scouting. It provides continuation of the Cub Scouting program during the summer and is an excellent medium for attaining the aims of the Boy Scouts of America: character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness. Summer Day camp is also a valuable aid in the progression from Cub Scouting to Boy Scouting and it meets individual scout’s needs and interests by offering a meaningful and educational Scouting program. Most importantly, Los Padres Council Day Camp promotes fun and adventure with a purpose— the reasons why Cub Scouts join and why they remain Cub Scouts!

Our first camp will be offered in Santa Maria from July 7-10th.
Our second camp will be offered in Santa Barbara from July 27-31st.
