ADVANCE CARE PLANNING WORKSHOPS
FREE Advance Care Planning Workshops will be held at the Santa Barbara Elks Lodge #613 on Thursday, May 8th (Part 1) and Thursday May 15th (Part 2). Times for both events is 11:00am – 12:30pm. Please make time to attend both workshops. Bring your family and friends and learn the importance of Advance Care Planning, presented by Paula Curran, RN., BS. Also the Santa Barbara Elks Lodge is open for a delicious lunch after the workshops. This is a large menu from which to choose your lunch purchase from salads, to soup, hamburgers, sandwiches and a “Special of the Day”. Free parking.
