Area residents are invited to celebrate freedom, tradition and community at an authentic and joyful Passover seder, hosted by Chabad of Santa Barbara and Chabad of Montecito, 7 p.m. Saturday, April 12 at two locations.

“This is not just a dinner, it’s an immersive experience filled with meaning, warmth and inspiration,” the Chabad groups said. “Enjoy a delicious holiday feast, handmade Shmurah Matzah, and fine kosher wine, all while reliving the story of our Exodus in a way that feels fresh and relevant.

“Throughout the evening, you’ll hear engaging insights and tidbits, ensuring everyone feels comfortable, informed, and fully part of the experience.”

“Passover is a night of discovery, connection, and freedom,” said Rabbi Chaim Loschak, director of Chabad of Montecito. “We’ll bring the seder to life with stories, traditions and meaning, making it a night to remember.”

Rabbi Chaim Loschak was born and raised in Santa Barbara and currently serves the local community as rabbi at Chabad of Montecito. The opinions expressed are his own.
