The Coroner’s Bureau of the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed the identities of the two children killed in a collision on Highway 154 on Oct. 25.

The children were identified as 2-year-old Lucienne Gleason (female) and 4-month-old Desmond Gleason (male).

They are the children of Rebecca Vanessa Goss Bley, 34, of Solvang, who also died in the crash.

The identities were confirmed by a deputy coroner investigator with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department with the use of an ANDE Rapid DNA Instrument.
