Patrolling the Cacique Street area, near the labor line, deputiesnoticed two men exit a portable restroom together. Intrigued by thesuspicious activity, deputies detained the men. As deputies approached,in a presumed attempt to destroy evidence, one man tossed a glass crackpipe to the ground smashing it with his foot. The other male, who alsohad a crack pipe, concealed his smoking paraphernalia in his pocket.Both men were cited for possession of drug supplies.
